We had the pleasure of meeting up with the prolific producer and guitarist in his studio. As well as being Jamiroquai’s guitarist, he has a number of projects he’s been working on including TRIONIQ and singer, Mim Grey, and has been using the Meris 440 Mic pre in numerous sessions with them both. After recording guitars, bass (D.I.) and on snare bottom through the unit he simply says, “Love it,” adding “I’m trying to use less and less plugins, so I want to get it right on the way in.” He’s doing it right.
