The DPA 4266 Dual-Ear Headset Microphone is an omnidirectional headset mic combining the classic linear frequency response and transparency of the DPA 4066 omni capsule with the modern design of the d:fine headsets.
The 4266 dual-ear features a dual ear mount that can be flipped so that the mic boom is oriented on the speaker’s left or right side. Available in black, brown, beige, the 4266 also features boom lengths of 90mm or 110mm.
The omnidirectional 4266 capsule provides excellent headroom with a max SPL handling before clipping of 144dB. Additionally, DPA have designed the 4266 capsule to be humidity resistant and comes with a soft boost grid and five windscreens. An optional high boost grid is available.
The DPA 4266 headsets are modular in nature – the microphone boom and cable can be disconnected allowing you to switch between dual-ear and single-ear headbands.
