Product Description
The Quested S8R is the largest of the S Series monitors. Its 8” low frequency transducer coupled to a double flared front loaded port design means reduced turbulence, making it ideal for placement in confined spaces. The on-board amplifier provides 370W RMS in total – 220W RMS to the LF driver and 150W RMS to the silk dome tweeter.
Attenuation control for input sensitivity and individual LF and HF fixed level control exists on the rear panel.
With an operating range from 43Hz – 20kHz (+/- 2dB) the S8R perfect for the vast majority of monitoring applications. If low frequency extension is required the S8R can be partnered with the SB10R sub cabinet, taking the system down to 27 Hz.
