DPA's d:screet™ SCDM4098-B Supercardioid Tabletop Mic is a complete supercardioid tabletop microphone kit, including the excellent SC4098 podium microphone and the new DM6000 Table Base. The SCDM4098-B is ideal for either permanently affixing to or temporarily placed on a table in conference venues, meeting rooms and board rooms.

One of the huge benefits of this solution is that it can be scaled up as needed. In smaller rooms you might only need one or two microphones to capture the best sound. In larger settings, you can use multiple d:screet™ Supercardioid Tabletop Microphones to ensure each area of the room is completely covered.

The best audio quality is obtained in a one-to-one solution – one SCDM4098-B Tabletop microphone positioned close to each speaker.

The DPA d:screet™ SCDM4098-B Tabletop Microphone kit includes podium mic and base and is available with three wiring options: Microdot, XLR or Pigtail (unterminated wire).

With very low noise and a high sensitivity, d:screet™ Supercardioid Tabletop Microphone offers the clearest, most transparent, and natural sound available with a podium mic. They ensure maximum speech intelligibility in just about any acoustic environment. With a linear frequency response, low self noise and an extremely large dynamic range, they are an extremely strong asset to your installed sound systems.

The Microphone Base is made specifically to work with the d:screet™ SC4098 Supercardioid Podium Microphone. It has an elegant yet unobtrusive design with a black, non-reflective surface and integrated shock mount, which ensures that vibrations from people touching the table as well as reverberations from people walking in and out of the room will not affect the sound. The audio cables are an integral part of the Microphone Base unit.

The standard tabletop solution is equipped with a 43 cm (17 in), black gooseneck.
