The DPA 2011C Twin Diaphragm Cardioid Compact Pencil Microphone is no run-of-the-mill condenser mic – by utilising two very sensitive miniature capsules side by side, DPA has been able to reduce self noise and increase sensitivity offering an incredibly high performance stage- and recording microphone at a cost effective price.

The ‘2000’ capsules are available in both omnidirectional (2006) and cardioid (2011) pattern, and can be interfaced with a choice of different preamplifiers (A-standard, C-compact or E-active cable).

The DPA 2011C is the ideal directional workhorse microphone for both recording and live use whether using a single mic or a Stereo Pair. With it’s tight cardioid pattern, high SPL handling and neutral response it is ideal for use on any instrument including vocals. The 2011C mic comes with a mic clip, windshield and 2 year warranty (5 years on the MMP-C Pre-amp).
